Refund policy
At Apprenti, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to hygiene and safety reasons and the nature of our products (cosmetics, body care, personal items), we do not accept product returns. However, you may request a refund under certain conditions.
Refund Request
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a refund if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

The item is unused and in its original packaging, but you will not be asked to physically return the product.
To request a refund, contact us at info@apprenti.ca with your order number, description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the item in question.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable except in cases of defect or error:

Opened or used cosmetics and body care products

Gift cards

Personalized or limited-edition items
Procedure

Email us at info@apprenti.ca with your refund request and supporting evidence (photos, description, etc.).

If your refund request is approved, you’ll be reimbursed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

No physical return of products will be required.
